Nice Job! I have created my own manga (well, two volumes, one for each series, 75 pages total) and I really like how you put the panels! My panels are quite boring... = =...
Well, my advice is that you should work on the head, everything else is nice, but you should do the face line, eye-line for the proportions. ^^ otherwise, great job!
